  • What materials do you use for your packaging?
    We prioritise sustainability and use eco-friendly materials such as recycled paper, cardboard, and biodegradable options for our packaging.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we offer shipping within the UK. However, we are exploring options for international shipping in the future. Please contact us for more information.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • Are your products cruelty-free?
    Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, and we ensure that our ingredients and manufacturing processes align with ethical standards.
  • How do I care for my candles to ensure optimal burning?
    To maximise the burn time and fragrance of your candles, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, and burn the candle for no more than 4 hours at a time. Keep the wax pool free of debris and always place candles on a heat-resistant surface.
